Residence Inn by Marriott Long Island Holtsville

Staff was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and a real bargain. Highly recommend.

Our family had such an amazing time here at this property. This would make it our 3rd or 4th time staying here in the past year and this is the only property we stay at when coming to Long Island. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman named Justin, who always goes over and beyond to make sure we have what we need throughout our stay. As long as that property remains, this will always be our 1st choice.

They have renovated and updated things since the last time I had to stay here. Now you have to pay for parking, which is kind-of-good because during my last visit here, I couldn’t find any open spaces around the hotel, had to park over inside the theater parking lot. When it comes to the room when I first checked into my room and noticed wrinkles deep in the duvet cover, then I politely asked for a new one and they made all the proper arrangements and made sure everything was clean to my liking and asked for my approval which I thought was great. I would love to give them five stars but because of that one small issue, I can’t. Let’s say 4.5 out of 5 overall. I almost forgot to mention that they keep a security guard in the lobby throughout the night and you can’t get in after dark unless you scan or tap your door key card. Parking is $12 overnight, which seemed ridiculous as it should be apart of the fee included. Breakfast was great, my kids had many options to choose from. They loved the pool and basically had it to themselves the entire stay. Room was beautiful and clean, but unfortunately our shower head wasn't working but didn't find this out til an hour before we left. Overall great place for a day away with the kids.

This is a very clean and nice hotel. There was a welcome package with goodies and extra gift points, which was a nice touch. The complementary breakfast is a bonus, but parking price is a bit odd given that there are plenty of free lots nearby. There is not much to do nearby, but it is a convenient stay for a visit to central LI.

Room was clean and janitorial service was outstanding! However the suite size and bed height was disappointing. The queen size bed was very low to the floor. Pictorial representation of the room miss leading. Breakfast was more than adequate; good for saving money before leaving for home or next leg of vacation

The room was spacious and clean. It was very nice to have a forest view. The night lobby attendant Ebinitu was phenomenal and very pleasant. The breakfast had great and delicious options every day. Wonderful hotel to stay for work or leisure.
